Crisp’s Account Manager

The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for managing our existing customers. They will be focused on both retention and growth or our customer base. They will work closely with others on the customer success team to mitigate churn and ensure customer feedback gets incorporated into the product.

  • Passion for growth. You are passionate about finding ways to grow the business with our customers. You understand the customer’s specific use case and proactively engage with the customer to offer them the new products that are most relevant to their company.
  • Customer focused. You are the primary point of contact for our customers. You know how to build positive and trusting relationships with customers and you leverage this ability to ensure the customer has the most positive experience possible with our product and our organization. You know how to work successfully with individuals, teams, and organizations. You strive to understand the challenges the customer is facing so you can guide them to solutions within our software.
  • Sales experience.  You have a track record of success in sales. You understand the value of renewals and upsells. You know how to assess what a customer needs and can guide them to the additional products that will help them succeed. 
  • Software as a Service.  You have previous experience supporting SMB and enterprise customers for a SaaS company. You know how to work with individuals, teams, and larger organizations to ensure our product finds a home with our customers. You’re comfortable working with new technology and you can navigate unexpected situations with ease. 

We are building a client services team and company culture of people with a breadth of combined experiences so that we can collaboratively enable our customers to be successful and become the most important piece of technology in the global food industry.
