Elevate Virtual Assistant Services is a boutique VA agency that supports C-Suite Execs, founders, entrepreneurs, and small businesses with Ongoing Operational Management and Administrative Services.

Our current team includes our CEO + (2) Virtual Assistants. We’re a close-knit, easy-going team and pride ourselves on excellence and exceeding client expectations!

Job Overview:

2-4 hrs per week to start (and LOTS of room to grow from there!)

As a subcontracting team member of Elevate, your role will include supporting our CEO as an internal administrative assistant + creating monthly social media content + assist in designing and executing social media strategies. We are looking for someone who would like to grow with our vision, in that the position will eventually turn into a Team Lead role.

**Must be available for team meetings on Fridays at 10amPST**

What you’ll be doing:

You will be our CEO’s admin–newsletter management, CRM management, creation of SOPs (based on content provided), etc. You will also manage our social media by helping to create a monthly social media strategy, designing content based on that strategy, engaging with other posts on behalf of Elevate’s social media accounts, etc.

Bottom line, you’ll NEVER be bored! Oh, and our team is an active remote team, which means if you don’t like talking to people (via Slack, email, and sometimes Zoom) then this position probably isn’t your cup of tea!

Requirements

Systems We Use: Asana, Slack, Honeybook, Zoom, Canva, GSuite, Squarespace, Loom

**Must-have knowledge of and experience with most of these platforms**

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience
  • Preferred experience working with C-level executives
  • Preferred leadership or management experience
  • Preferred social media management experience
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and phone
  • Typing ability of at least 50 WPM with accuracy
  • Available from 9am-5pmPST Monday-Friday

Benefits

You will be compensated as a 1099 independent contractor. Hourly rate starting at $18-20 per hour (depending on qualifications) with room to grow as role grows.
