Who you are:

With the industry projected to grow significantly over the next few years, we are looking to add an ambitious, high-performing Sales Manager to lead us in all aspects of Sales and Marketing as we grow our market presence. As the Sales Manager, we would look to you to own driving the entire sales funnel and identifying opportunities for new business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all sales activities.
  • Work closely with marketing on delivering campaigns
  • Writing and creating sales emails, campaigns, and processes.
  • Manage recruiting and performance monitoring of sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Various tasks as occasionally requested.

Requirements:

  • Successful previous experience as a B2B sales representative or sales manager.
  • Experience with Start-ups
  • A pro-active self-starter
  • Ambitious and a person who Aggressively pursues results
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from end-to-end
