The Role:

As the Client Support Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to ensure the long-term success of our partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, connecting with key business decision-makers, and overall helping to increase the value and level of service our customers receive. In this role you’ll be a major point of contact and face of Slingshot.

What You’ll Do:

  • Fiercely protect client happiness
  • Strive for 100% client happiness
  • Oversee a team of client success representatives and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience
  • Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
  • Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
  • Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
  • Maintain monthly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
  • Ensure client retention by investigating situations and devising solutions

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service roles
  • 1+ years of experience in management/supervisory roles
  • Proactive personality, ability to foresee and mitigate potential conflicts
  • Outstanding listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
