£28 – £32k, plus Equity.

We are the UK’s first and only regulated employee share scheme & equity management platform for SMEs and we make it easy for business owners to distribute equity to their teams in a compliant and affordable way.

Our platform allows customers to access core features: digital equity management, the ability to issue shares & options instantly, a real time cap table, legal docs, the option scheme designer and shareholder dashboards. As it is comprehensively integrated with Companies House, this makes it the most advanced and only fully digital share scheme platform in the UK.

We are transforming the way our customers reward their teams by fairly recognising the value, effort and contribution each makes to the success of a business. We are a progressive start-up, with big ambitions and growing fast. We have hundreds of customers and are looking to fill a number of new roles.

Requirements

About the Role

We’re a small team doing very big things! Your work will make a huge impact and your voice will be heard.

· You will relish in providing the best customer experiences.

· Helping customers setting up their share schemes and offering ongoing support with those schemes

· Generating customer valuation for agreement with HMRC.

· Providing customers with support for all platform related activity.

· Working closely with the Customer Success Manager and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving our processes to drive customer success.

· Onboarding new customers.

· Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and drive customer retention.

About You

You’ll be excited about joining a fast growing, technology business. You’ll appreciate that being part of an early life business means being open and keen to work on everything from app support to identifying opportunities for improving services to spending large portions of time crunching numbers in spreadsheets to speaking to customers and gathering information.

You’ll be a details nerd and enjoy getting lost in spreadsheet data and often complex legal documents. You’ll learn a huge amount from people who have decades of combined experience building successful businesses.

About Your Skills and Experience

  • A self-starter who can flourish when working in a remote team.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience working with customers (preferably in a digital environment)
  • A proven track record with supporting a customer journey and driving improvement to customer engagement
  • Excellent working knowledge of excel
  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced SAAS environment
  • Exposure to commercial company legal documents or other similar legal contracts
  • Keen and enthusiastic with a real desire to make a difference.
  • Brilliant at prioritisation and managing own workload as we are a 95% remote business
  • Mathematically competent with some experience with Excel
  • Exposure to commercial company legal documents or other similar legal contracts
  • Obsessive levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and empathise with our customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for the mission we are on.
  • Proactive approach to learning.
