  • Design and deliver coaching to ensure our Customer Success team quickly ramps and delivers world class customer support
  • Proactively investigate best in class digital training and delivery platforms to iterate into our training operation
  • Assist CS team members in improving productivity by utilizing data and working to improve processes and systems for efficiency
  • Conduct root cause analysis on quality and productivity opportunities and deliver training to improve


  • Working in a fast paced environment (ideally in the startup or technology space)
  • Creating and conducting virtual training sessions
  • Managing quality and assurance, always looking for ways to improve
  • Motivating, rewarding and recognizing team members


  • Someone who has extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
  • Knowledge of learning and development best practices
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Highly organized with impeccable time management skills
  • A strong verbal and written communicator and has the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Proficient in multiple CRM platforms
