Job Title: Digital Ads Analyst


We are growing fast, building great relationships with our clients and within our 100% remote team.

You will be the latest member of the Webleaf Family, a small group of energetic, intelligent and fun people who are passionate about what they do. The sum of our individual parts creates exponential potential as we grow as an agency.

This role is contract based and initially to be 2-3/days per week growing to 5 days very shortly.

Your Role

This role requires you to take ownership of a number of digital marketing requirements for our clients. Specifically around Facebook Ads. Examples of tasks include:

  • Liaising with the client to organise creative assets, curate & at times write Social Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Analysis of Ad performance – noticing what is and isn’t working well to meet objectives

  • Liaising with our paid performance team to pro-actively instigate tests for clients, help define audiences, project scope and ensure the ads are up-to-date and performing to agreed KPIs

  • Assessing competitor ads and coming up with ideas

  • Reporting back to the client with performance related to ad creative

  • Diving into Google Analytics, looking for opportunities or issues (not just relating to Ads)

  • An interest in testing and developing new marketing channels for our clients such as TikTok and Pinterest.

You will work with each account as if it were your business, getting to know the client’s accounts inside out in order to accelerate performance.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with experience:

  • With the Facebook Ad platform

  • Creating & curating digital ads

  • Analysing paid marketing data with a keen focus on ROI

  • Working remotely who can organize and structure their own day (no micromanagers here)

  • Building incredible relationships and passionate about the work they do

We are looking for someone with English as their native language, preferably based in the UK (or at least within a +1-2 timezone difference).
