AIS is a full-service IT professional services firm that provides IT consulting, staffing, and managed services to business, schools, and government. The Regional Account Executive is responsible for acquisition of new clients through prospecting and networking.
Responsibilities and Expectations:

Identifying and developing relationships with new potential clients
Keep organized and plan proactively to meet Revenue Goals
Introduce AIS’ capabilities to new clients and prospects utilizing existing and new marketing collateral
Lead AIS team members on new client calls
Coordinate with the AIS team to answer questions from prospect organizations
Problem-solving ownership of opportunities through to initial close and supporting ongoing engagements as needed
Communicate tactfully and productively with AIS Project Managers and other internal staff
Coordinate and attend AIS-hosted events and outings


Smart, hard-working, honest
2+ years B2B Sales Experience (technology related experience preferred, but not required)
Strong interest and basic knowledge of technology
Professional attitude, friendly, relationship-builder
Lifelong learner, curious, and detail-orientated

Compensation structure is competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure. AIS offers a flexible work environment, potential for remote work, generous time off policy and more! There are no geographic limits on territories and commissions are uncapped.
