Reporting to the Account Director on the team, this position will support in planning, development, and execution of global and domestic marketing programs.


YOUR IMPACT
  • Work closely with the client and team members to develop and implement go to market plans
  • Collaborate with internal Creative, Digital, Strategy, Production and other cross-functional teams
  • Create documents for and participate in client presentations
  • Evaluate program results against program objectives to maximize success
  • Support in development of operational manuals, kick-off and training guides for program executions
  • Staffing support including daily contact with contracted staff to understand challenges, efficiencies, successes and opportunities
  • Identify and problem solve program challenges and consult with senior management to avoid them
  • Execution and daily management of assigned tasks, ensuring quality work is provided
  • Create and maintain administrative documents for client reports and presentations including meetings recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines
  • When applicable, global and domestic travel for the purpose of planning and program execution
  • Builds thorough understanding of client’s business
  • Know, understand, and adhere to all GMR company policies and procedures
  • Utilize agency resources appropriately and efficiently
  • Assist in streamlining processes and ensuring best practices for all related programs
  • Other duties as assigned

YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of project management and/or staffing experience; global event management experience preferred
  • Digital marketing experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to meet and work effectively with clients
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills; oral and written
  • Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently
