The LEC Remote Call Center Agent supports customers by successfully completing the LEC call protocols and processes to drive Key Performance Indicators for the overall success of the project or campaign. NO SALES CALLS!!!!! You will be making survey calls, political, and get out the vote calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent phone skills, a QUIET workspace, and professionalism are a must.
  • You are required to have a quiet workspace to make calls
  • High-speed internet with a stable connection. (Cable, Fiber or DSL) & the ability to pass an internet speed test. and submit a picture of your screen.
  • Ethernet connection to the computer (Not wifi)
  • Windows 7, 8 or 10. *
  • Dual-core CPU or better with at least 8GB RAM.
  • A computer headset with a microphone
  • We do not support iPads or Chromebooks at this time
  • Must reside in the United States

Schedules: We are offering a flex scheduling but do require a minimum of 35 hours per week.
