Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Content Marketing Manager will help build and execute content strategies that will increase awareness of the Sensible Care brand and service, attract interest from our target personas, engage them with content and solutions that align with their pain points, drive conversions and conversations, and ultimately, drive qualified leads into converted patients. This is a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and communicate content priorities through a shared editorial calendar, inclusive of blog, organic social and other organic channels
  • Produce and drive high quality content to engage audiences, with a key focus on building Sensible Care’s approach to TikTok
  • Lead Sensible Care’s content and social media strategy and corresponding distribution plans across channels, ultimately driving growth in engagement and followers
  • Manage day-to-day social media channels as needed, including social listening and responding
  • Audit Sensible Care’s existing content for brand voice, relevance, and optimization and promote brand consistency in all new content
  • Effectively communicate and drive execution of content vision, in partnership with the Director of Marketing and and other stakeholders
  • Actively monitor performance and identify new media channels or strategies to increase Sensible Care’s brand awareness and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing in crafting content for email marketing campaigns
  • Support influencer and brand partnerships with creative ideas and content strategy
  • Successfully advocate for and allocate content marketing budget to drive effectiveness
  • Align resources to integrated go-to-market across personas, products, campaigns, and markets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing marketing role (preferably in social media or healthcare industry)
  • Proven aptitude for building dynamic marketing campaigns and programs, especially on social
  • Strong understanding of marketing and how content lives across multiple channels to achieve marketing objectives
  • Proven track record of developing strategy, executing and delivering results
  • Passion for storytelling through multiple media channels
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term business initiatives
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels – a hands-on teammate
  • Passionate about brand building and creative storytelling
  • Able to tie brand efforts and program strategy to critical metrics
  • A creative problem solver who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, especially writing and editing
