Position Summary:

The objective of a Customer Care Specialist is to provide excellent customer service and to provide resolution to our callers’ needs in a single call (One Call Resolution) in a professional manner.

This is a part-time and a remote/work from home role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
  • Answer the phone promptly (Hold time less than 1 minute.)
  • Process cancellations and payments
  • Enter data into CRM
  • Create contact logs/documentation
  • Request service credits & refunds
  • Schedule leads and service requests
  • Projects as assigned by management


  • One year experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • A Teamwork Mentality
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Data entry and verbal skills; type 45 wpm or more
  • Detail Oriented
  • Problem Analysis and Resourcefulness
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications

A Successful Candidate Will Exhibit:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
