What We’re Looking For:

Are you passionate about understanding the customer journey from first touch to final transaction? Do you obsess over how brands communicate with new and existing consumers? Do you operate equally well in both data analysis and creative marketing? If so, you could be Moultrie Mobile’s new Customer Lifecycle Manager.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to develop, launch, and scale lifecycle and retention marketing programs from the ground up to grow both new and existing subscription revenues. As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will lead and manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, testing, execution, reporting and

optimization. You will champion the customer experience and map customer journeys, refining them based on data over time. You will be responsible for both analyzing and optimizing existing emails (including their triggers, CTAs, and performance) and developing new initiatives, like lifecycle trigger programs and improved segmentation/personalization.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data-driven decision making and a deep understanding of email best practices to analyze current email programs and optimize performance
  • Manage the full communication journey for new and existing users, from new user onboarding to referral to reactivation campaigns, focusing on improving retention through customer success and identifying appropriate areas for automation
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing on emails and content to continually maximize performance and engagement
  • Track and report back on all lifecycle campaigns, including maintaining a calendar, establishing performance benchmarks and KPIs, and working cross-functionally to ensure proper logging, logic, and dashboards are in place
  • Execute audience-centric and ROI driven initiatives, segmenting users based on tenure, profile, behavior history, and other account detail
  • Build and manage VIP, loyalty, and referral programs that engage consumers, enhance the Moultrie Mobile experience, and increase customer lifetime value

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience optimizing email marketing and reengagement campaigns, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and trigger logic
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret numerous key performance indicators
  • Deep knowledge of email automation systems

Preferred Skills/Qualities:

  • Email and retention marketing experience with B2C SaaS products
  • An appreciation for the outdoors
  • Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish
  • Upholds honesty, integrity, and business ethics always
  • Works effectively across departments, with a team-first mentality – high confidence, low ego
  • Driven towards constant improvement and never accepting the status quo
