What We’re Looking For:
Are you passionate about understanding the customer journey from first touch to final transaction? Do you obsess over how brands communicate with new and existing consumers? Do you operate equally well in both data analysis and creative marketing? If so, you could be Moultrie Mobile’s new Customer Lifecycle Manager.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to develop, launch, and scale lifecycle and retention marketing programs from the ground up to grow both new and existing subscription revenues. As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will lead and manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, testing, execution, reporting and
optimization. You will champion the customer experience and map customer journeys, refining them based on data over time. You will be responsible for both analyzing and optimizing existing emails (including their triggers, CTAs, and performance) and developing new initiatives, like lifecycle trigger programs and improved segmentation/personalization.
