In this role, you will carry on our well-deserved reputation for extraordinary customer service to our business customers.

To the qualified candidate, we offer an annual salary of $40,000 – $50,000, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate promptly and courteously with customers via phone and email
  • Provide knowledgeable answers on availability and shipping information to customers
  • Analyze and instruct customers on complementary products they might want
  • Enter customer orders into Apprise ERP system
  • Share information with Sales team and Reps to capitalize on sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of excellent customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to work independently, or as part of a structured team as required
  • Highly organized, proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
