In this role, you will carry on our well-deserved reputation for extraordinary customer service to our business customers.
To the qualified candidate, we offer an annual salary of $40,000 β $50,000, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate promptly and courteously with customers via phone and email
- Provide knowledgeable answers on availability and shipping information to customers
- Analyze and instruct customers on complementary products they might want
- Enter customer orders into Apprise ERP system
- Share information with Sales team and Reps to capitalize on sales opportunities
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of excellent customer service skills and experience
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a structured team as required
- Highly organized, proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
