To aid in all Customer Service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attends work on a regular and predictable basis
  • Actively participates in the training of all Customer Service personnel including new hires
  • Monitors the flow of orders to and from the Customer Service Department
  • Deletes corrects or re-enters patient orders as deemed necessary
  • Monitors phone calls to confirm the proper telephone techniques used by Customer Service Personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and analyze documents such as patient orders
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and patients alike
  • Ability to help with the training of employees
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions

Computer Requirements ( if working remote)

  • Internet: high speed (min 25mbps), hard wired, < 50ms, < 5% deviation
  • Processor: Intel Core or Intel Pentium >2GHz
  • Memory: 4 GB+ of RAM
  • Browser: IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox
  • Operating System: Win10 1909, MacOS 10.15
  • Monitor: dual monitors each capable of displaying 1024×768 pixels
  • Sound: sound card installed (standard in most computers)
  • Virus Protection: up-to-date anti-virus protection installed, always scan mode
  • Headset: USB noise-cancelling headset
  • Accessories: wireless mouse, keyboard

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer entry experience necessary
