Customer Service Representative REMOTE IN OMAHA

Description:

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for enrolling our customer’s suppliers through various communications methods like phone and email

Functions of the Role:

Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls to businesses to assist supplier in activating their profile on the Payments Network

Encourage companies to convert to electronic payments by joining Payments Network by responding to supplier objections with approved call scripts.

Participate in training programs as assigned by your supervisor.

Meet or exceed key individual performance indicators as assigned by your supervisor.

Ability to quickly adjust performance based on feedback from call shadowing, coaching, QA, and QoS reports.

Perform other related duties as assigned by Team Lead and Team Manager
