Fulltime | Onsite/partial remote | Sales and Marketing
· Receive inbound calls and emails from customers
· Enter and process customer orders
· Order entry management and assist with order fulfillment as needed to ensure timely processing and shipment of goods
· Communicate with other departments and/or customers as needed to address any challenges through the order fulfillment process
· Use the company’s ERP and CRM(Salesforce) systems to quote prices, check inventory levels and production status based on customer inquiries
· Manage complaints in Quality Management System from conception to resolution, including resolving problems with damage and shortages, and Issuing credits and material return authorizations
· Review open orders add status comments to support tracking metrics for on time shipment report
· Maintain and keeps customer sales notes current
· Follow all company and sales policies
· Work independently and at a productive pace with the ability to multi-task

· Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as correspondence, invoices, order forms, product specification sheets and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to communicate by phone and written correspondence and must possess a command of the English language
· Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
· Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to research inquiries and problems independently
