Duties for this position will primarily be customer service, order management and vendor coordination. Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities: Develops a strong level of knowledge of company· Accurately log, process and track customer orders· Follow up skills. Ability to handle and respond to multiple open issues. Able to work independently with little direction, multi-task and handle various orders at once while being extremely productive and timely. Ability to work required shifts both independently and within a team organization. Facilitate communication from Support Team to other departments as needed to complete Cases. Work with multiple vendors and distributors on a daily basis.· Answer customer questions and take orders over the phone.
Qualifications: Must exhibit a great attention to detail. Ability to adapt to change. Ability to type 40+ WPM. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of various computer applications including experience with business support applications such as MS Office (Word and Excel) required.· Accounting knowledge or experience would be a plus.· Customer oriented background.
