Our Digital Marketing Specialist creates highly effective digital content strategies by developing, planning, building, and managing outcomes for comprehensive and channel-specific digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll help our healthcare clients find success in engaging their patients by deploying, tracking, analyzing, testing and optimizing digital campaigns to make sure they are on-target in achieving defined KPIs and objectives.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will connect various online and offline channels to trackable and measurable resources, providing insights and recommendations daily, weekly and monthly through campaign reporting.

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of proven experience launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on digital lead generation / conversion campaigns
Building, executing, managing and reporting on paid media campaigns for Paid Search, Facebook and Display
Defining email strategies and nurturing journeys in addition to reviewing email marketing campaigns to ensure they fit the overall strategy and goals of a conversion campaign
Creating client-facing dashboards using Google Data Studio
Experience with conversion landing page tools, such as Unbounce
Experience with email platforms such as Active Campaign
Expert knowledge and technical understanding of channel-specific terminology for paid digital media, SEO, marketing automation, call tracking, email marketing, and social media
Familiarity with tools like Zapier to connect data to dashboards and streamline tasks for other web apps
Google Ads and Analytics certifications
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads experience

Additional support for SEO includes:

2-5 years of proven SEO experience and a track record of success growing organic search traffic and conversions
Perform keyword research, competitor research and optimize a variety of content types
Work with design team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed sites and work with clients to recommend and implement technical SEO changes
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content strategy and creation
Ability to define/redefine website architecture and content templates
Follows latest trends and best practices in SEO and lead generation
In-depth experience with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, MOZ, Ahrefs)
Working knowledge of schema markup, HTML, CSS
Explore and define new opportunities in SEO services
Document processes for new SEO services and refine existing services
Communicating project updates, status, timelines and results via a project management software
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, business, marketing, or a related field
Google Analytics certification
SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio experience
