The Position: The DTC Loyalty Consultant is an experienced project manager with excellent analytical skills. The individual in this role is highly accountable, proactive, passionate about their work. They have a strong curiosity for our business and wish to support its success and growth. The DTC Loyalty Consultant leads the development of our omni-channel loyalty program. This work plays the critical role of informing strategy and executing tactics while partnering with key stakeholders in Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Merchandising, Information Services (IS), Web, Experience and with our vendor, Annex Cloud, to improve customer acquisition and retention efforts via our newly re-launched loyalty program.

Location: Hybrid remote and onsite in White River Junction, VT

Schedule: This role will be 20 hours per week, for 6 months

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Loyalty Program Management

  • Work directly with external loyalty vendor and internal stakeholders to support ongoing program management.
  • Maintain loyalty program tasks in Asana.
  • Facilitate discussions to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Schedule and lead weekly team meetings.
  • Monitor data processes and flows, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Oversee creation and execution of loyalty program reporting.

Loyalty Program Development

  • Guide strategy and creation of omni-channel loyalty roadmap.
  • Define phase 2 enhancements for online loyalty program.
  • Work with Creative and Editorial teams to develop a loyalty style guide.
  • Lead planning for Jan-June ’22 marketing campaigns.
  • Define near term and long term ecommerce program enhancements.
  • Lead strategy for retail loyalty program, defining right integration steps to bring the retail component of the program to omni-channel status.
  • Define strategy and timing to bring program into grocery channel.
  • Using reporting tools developed by summer loyalty intern, update and enhance analysis to inform decision making.
  • Develop documentation to support goals and methods to measure success.
  • Prepare and deliver a presentation to communicate program goals and positioning.
  • Oversee launch of next phase of loyalty enhancements.
  • Serve as project manager for all components of phase 2 launch.
  • Maintain a roadmap to guide teams.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders including DTC, Marketing, IS, & Web and external loyalty vendor, Annex Cloud.

Minimum job requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Strategic consulting experience preferred
  • Project management skills preferred
  • Ecommerce/digital experience a plus
  • Data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
  • Ability to engage an audience with persuasive, data-based storytelling to non-technical audiences.
