We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to assist our sales team by supporting areas related to the sales process and customer service. This position is entry level and ideal for someone who wants to learn about and begin building his or her career in the exciting world of electronics distribution! The Sales Operations group at Sager is a collaborative high-energy team that supports our vision of providing excellent service to our customers while providing the opportunity to interact with all departments across the entire organization.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, professional, organized, and punctual plus demonstrates a strong initiative to work in a repetitive fast-paced environment. This position works a hybrid work schedule with a blend of in office and remote work. The office is located in Middleboro, MA and the work hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST. Recent/upcoming college graduates are welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sager Sales Team through timely and accurate responses to their service requests
  • Handle large amounts of data using MS Excel and other systems
  • Assist with preparing sales quotes and order processing
  • Process large files into our ERP system such as customer forecasts, customer open order reports and bill of materials
  • Enter product returns
  • Assist with special pricing contract renewals
  • Assist with consignment such as inventory counts, sales orders and replenishment orders
  • Set up new accounts in our ERP system
  • Provide email back up for the Inside Sales team
  • Generate sales reports as needed

We’re excited if you have:

  • A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PC skills
  • The ability to manage large amounts of transactions on a daily basis
  • Detail oriented, collaborative, highly organized with an ability to multi-task is necessary.
