We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an entry level Virtual Personal Assistant. This role will be remote and will require the candidate to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Handle and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone calls, etc.)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Assist with data entry and research tasks
  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff members as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop with webcam

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
