We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be required to have their own computer and internet connection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other team members
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Manage email and calendar
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Research and gather information as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a computer and internet connection
- Experience with virtual assistance or administrative support is a plus
