We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry level Virtual Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and managing appointments and meetings
  • Managing email and calendar
  • Conducting research and compiling information
  • Assisting with project management and organization
  • Performing data entry and basic administrative tasks
  • Communicating with clients and team members via phone, email, and video conferencing

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (such as Zoom or Skype) is a plus
