We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-level Virtual Personal Assistant. In this role, you will work remotely, providing administrative and personal assistance to our team members and clients. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing email and calendar, and completing various projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for team members and clients
  • Manage email and calendar for team members and clients
  • Complete various projects as assigned, such as research, data entry, and document preparation
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members and clients to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
