We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Virtual Personal Assistant. This is an entry-level position that will provide support to our busy executives and managers by performing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Managing calendars and scheduling conflicts
  • Creating and formatting documents, including spreadsheets and presentations
  • Researching and compiling information for reports and projects
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Assisting with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with project management software and tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant is a plus
