We are seeking an organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Virtual Personal Assistant. This is a remote, entry-level position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize daily tasks and scheduling
  • Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner
  • Complete research and data entry tasks
  • Assist with social media management and content creation
  • Help with organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Experience with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack is a plus
