We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an entry-level Virtual Personal Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and clients, primarily working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Manage email and communication with clients
- Perform research and data entry tasks
- Organize and maintain client files and records
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior administrative experience is a plus
This is a remote position and the candidate should have their own computer and internet connection.
