A leading healthcare organization is seeking entry level Patient Experience Specialist to hire for their company! We are seeking a representative that will regionally align and serve as an expert to patient care services.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE FOR TRAINING 2 months
Training: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Shifts availability: 8a-12am
(To receive an 8hr shift between this time)
Most shift schedules
include one weekend day
(ex: Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs), some Mon-Fri options.
Flexibility for multiple
shifts is preferred.

Skills & Qualifications
Responsible for fielding about 50-80 inbound calls from customers who own their product (discount prescriptions cards).
CSR’s will be responsible for providing website navigation support, updating customers’ accounts, and providing insight to more affordable medication options specific to each customer’s individual TrialCard. CSRs interact directly with customers primarily inbound but with some outbound via telephone and computer technology.
Responsible for answering all phone calls within the workday to assist customers (i.e., patients, pharmacists, physicians, sales reps, etc.) with activations and troubleshooting.
Provide customer service related to TrialCard programs to pharmacists, physicians, consumers, and sales representatives.
$15 Hr. compensation
Remote after 2 months of training
Great entry into healthcare industry
MUST LIVE IN THE MORRISVILLE, NC AREA
Typing- Be able to type at least 35 WPM
Have at least 6 months to a year of customer service experience/ Patient Interaction
Internet connection – during COVID-19, will be required to train remote and work remote.
Have great verbal and written communication skills
Must have reliable internet connection
