Position: Field Service Technician III
Location: US – Remote (Northern California)

Hours of work: Full-time position with hours Monday-Friday 9:00 – 5:00; Some weekend work required
Travel: 70% – Field Service territory ranges from Texas to North Dakota, the Pacific Ocean to the Mississippi River. Half of the jobs will require overnight stays, and, in many instances, travel will be for the entire week
The Field Service Technician III will be responsible for the implementation of customer-required on-site field services with guidance related to CCC activated carbon product, equipment, and service offerings. Part of CCC’s customer support and service value proposition by contractual obligation. This is an intermediate level Field Technician position.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Performing carbon exchanges at customer sites
- Perform minor maintenance on Calgon Carbon equipment
- Record keeping – Accurately complete project reports, expense reports and time sheets
- A High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- A Confined Space Certification is required (Candidate must successfully complete training within 3 months of hire)
- A Driver’s License is required (Class A preferrable)
- A HAZWOPER 40-Hour Certification is required (Candidate must successfully complete training within 3 months of hire)
- A Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required (Candidate must successfully obtain within 3 months of hire)
