We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a full-time virtual administrative assistant. The successful candidate will work remotely to provide administrative support to our team and assist with various tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and communication.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Data entry and database management
- Managing and organizing files and documents
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
- Communicating with clients and other external contacts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus
