We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support to a team, as well as strong communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with creating and editing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Help with data entry, data management, and research tasks
  • Support with event planning and coordination
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
  • Provide general office support, such as ordering office supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom or Skype
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

This is a remote position, and the candidate must have a reliable internet connection and computer. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is required.
