The successful candidate will work remotely and be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to our busy executives and managers. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our executives and managers
- Manage and organize email and calendar correspondence
- Communicate effectively with other team members and clients via email, phone, and video conferencing
- Perform research and data analysis tasks as needed
- Assist with project management and coordination
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative support role
