The successful candidate will work remotely and be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to our busy executives and managers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our executives and managers
  • Manage and organize email and calendar correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and clients via email, phone, and video conferencing
  • Perform research and data analysis tasks as needed
  • Assist with project management and coordination
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative support role
  • Must have reliable internet access and a quiet home office environment.
