We need a well-networked and skilled Affiliate Manager to continue building key relationships in order to support the growth of our business and our future brands.

Job Description

  • Conducts new hire orientation for all new employees to include entry into HRIS.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least three years of Human Resources Management experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.

9 am-5 pm Eastern Standard / New York City time zone. Hours are semi-flexible.

PAY:

$80,000 Base Compensation

Work Location: Fully Remote

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
