Who you are
You are not only a strategic and critical thinker, you have gotten to where you are because you’re curious and not afraid to ask questions, even the hard ones. You’re technically strong in that you can’t wait to share your thoughts about how you like to select an audience, build campaigns and drive channel engagement – all while partnering with other teams in the business to test & learn together.  You thrive as you push for new ways to meet customers’ needs, while appreciating an agile & adaptable team and campaign delivery environment.
You have strategically and operationally launched, measured, and refined both one time marketing campaigns and on going lifecycle marketing programs with comprehensive segmentation, trigger logic, and dynamic content integrations. You have experience with a web and app-based e-commerce business working with consumer marketing files of 3 million +.
You possess a strong analytics mindset and technology proficiency, including email, push notification, and in-app messaging. We’d be extra impressed if you have SMS experience and/or knowledge of SQL. You have strong financial acumen, and are adept at translating and honing CRM impact back to organizational results and business objectives.
You have 6+ years of direct experience in CRM marketing using an enterprise campaign management solution, such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or something similar. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

What the role is
The success of a business is often dictated by how well it retains and grows its customer base. Within CRM, we’re responsible for helping customers continue to choose Drizly for the moments that matter. To achieve that goal, we need someone who lives and breathes the consumer experience and marries that with the data, technical and resource practicalities to bring our campaigns to life in an efficient and scalable and measurable way.
In this brand new role, you will be an integral leader within the CRM team and larger Marketing team.  This person will work very closely with internal partners like Analytics, Data Science, Tech, Brand/Creative, and Strategic Partnerships. You’ll be part of the team crafting memorable and relevant experiences for Drizly’s most important asset, our customers.

In this role you will
  • Strategize, execute, and implement new targeted CRM campaigns against important consumer lifecycle stages and time-based opportunities (holidays, etc.)
  • Scale, optimize and deprecate campaigns & initiatives
  • Analyze performance of campaigns within context of the holistic content and contact strategy & making ongoing improvements
  • Recommend merchandising improvements for our supplier revenue opportunities
  • Use learnings and data to understand what motivates and inspires Drizly customers to take action, purchase, and stay engaged
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and iterate on any campaign performance issues, and drive successful resolution (Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred)

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $85,400 per year – $100,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp.
