Reports To: The Regional Sales Consultant will report to the Director of Sales

Job Overview: This position is responsible for managing the sales process for inbound and outbound prospects and for hands on execution of the Director of Sales’ inbound/outbound sales strategy. The RSC will also be the first point of contact for prospective new business opportunities within their assigned regional territory. This position will have an annual quota, and annual goal set by the Director of Sales and Reconciled President.


Fact Finding and Consulting:

  • Meets with prospective clients to gather information, determine product needs, and persuade interest in Reconciled’s offerings
  • Motivates prospects through the Reconciled sales cycle and conversion process (as defined by the Director of Sales)

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Develops and executes Reconciled’s outbound sales strategy, including cold calling, networking events, and collaborative partner networking
  • Serves as the primary contact for potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Cold calls prospects for new business opportunity
  • Networks for potential channel partnerships and other lead generation opportunities
  • Navigates existing network of clients within region for additional sales and revenue opportunity
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing team to produce highly qualified inbound/outbound opportunities
  • Participates as needed in regional marketing activities


  • Furnishes and prepares documentation required to close new sales opportunity
  • Works to support the new customer acquisition process, both internally and externally

Professional Development:

  • Works with executive leadership team to set and achieve regional revenue goals
  • Executes new business development projects under the direction of the leadership team
  • Participates in staff meetings, staff trainings and other assigned internal meetings
  • Achieves 3+ hours of continued education each quarter in the areas of sales, networking, or accounting
