Job Description:

We are a multicultural brand, hiring a Customer Support Representative to manage customer queries via different channels and answer complaints. You will also be asked to support orders, upselling, escalations, and admin projects. We sell online learning courses to students worldwide. To perform well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated, have experience in working online with computers, and via different communication channels.

In this role, you will work with a team – during set hours – 7 hrs a day –  from Monday to Friday.
– We are looking cover during EST/PST timezone
– Role available for native English (preferable), with native French (a plus)

Requirements:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels (emails, calls, live chat, social media)
Ability to take customer calls (via internet phone)
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Fast internet connection (min 25 Mbps)
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being fluent in French is an additional benefit
Positive, energetic and highly driven
Strong organization and attention to detail
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions
Experience with escalations on technical issues, complaints, and refund requests
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Attempt to persuade a customer to reconsider cancellation
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Sell products, Upselling
