Remote Customer Service Rep (Little Rock Only)Contract
Aston Carter is looking for experienced call center professionals for a fully remote contract position. Our client, a government subcontractor, is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their rapidly growing team of help desk professionals. This position will require qualified candidates to be comfortable to work in a fast paced call center environment. This position is ideal for candidates looking to expand their experience in call center customer service, and looking for more long term opportunities and benefits within a company. This position will provide benefits you normally won’t receive from a contract position, such as paid holidays, PTO and paid sick leave. You will also earn $4.41 per hour into a 401k along with a pay rate of $16.20 per hour. This position will be starting in April to accommodate a longer onboarding process. Living in the Little Rock, AR area is a requirement.
Qualified Candidates will have:
- 2 or more years of recent call center or help desk experience
- US citizenship is required to obtain a government security clearance for this role
- The ability to work from 8am-8pm Monday- Friday
- Residence in Little Rock, AR
- $16.20 hourly pay rate with an additional $4.41 earned hourly to your 401k
- 6 month contract with opportunity for extension and other roles
- PTO, paid holidays and paid sick leave
- Fully remote
