Remote Customer Service Representative – 16/hr

Description:
- Answers inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
- The MER handles inbound customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and email while effectively recording communications accurately and consistently.
- Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.
- MER’s use a computerized system for tracking calls, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting and may assess needs, provide instructions, explain programs, and suggest/promote alternative products or services.
- Being able to provide program information to our Medicare population using patience and motivation, while providing high-quality customer service is a requirement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service
- Strongly prefer call center experience
- Coachability and empathetic
- Basic computer skills and data entry
$16/hr
M-F 8am – 8pm EST
