A large healthcare organization is seeking several Mandarin speaking customer service reps to join their team!
The position is fully remote. The pay is $16-$18 hr based on experience.
MUST LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES
Description:
This position involves outbound calls to current senior healthcare members to educate them and drive them to re-enroll in the state assistance programs.
We are seeking candidates with attention to detail and organization skills as they will be responsible for following up with the members to ensure they have the proper forms for re-enrollment.
A Great Candidate will have:
- Expert level Mandarin – Must
- Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree.
- A minimum of six (6) months general clerical experience and knowledge of office equipment is necessary.
- Demonstrated application of data entry and related computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication
