Ideal candidates have experience in call center environments, outbound calling, telemarketing or other phone-based sales. As a Appointment Setter Representative, you must be highly motivated and competitive, with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills. You’ll be trained on setting appointments and generating leads, as well as the basics of our business, in order to effectively convey information verbally, enhancing your negotiation and interpersonal skills. What you’ll do:

  • Make outbound calls to consumers using CRM
  • Qualify consumers to confirm requirements are met
  • Generate appointments while educating customers about benefits of Hercules
  • Meet individual and team sales goals
  • Follow scripting to ensure compliance
  • Record responses and call outcomes in CRM

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred
  • A strong hunger for financial success
  • Being a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a need to exceed goals
  • A positive attitude
  • Passionate about making a difference!
  • Resilient and the ability to professionally handle rejection and upset customers
