Nonprofit Grant Writer Job Duties
This position will be required to prepare grant proposals, beginning by performing research. Develop proposals by becoming well versed with our agency programs, goals and financial needs. This position will also work with the CEO to look into potential funding sources.

This position must also keep careful records to track their proposals. If a grant-making organization requests additional information, the grant writer will be responsible to supply the missing items. This position may also work with the executive board, planning fund-raising campaigns and promoting the organization through public relations work.

Nonprofit Grant Writer Requirements
Educational Requirements
This position requiers a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in communications, English, professional writing or a similar major. Outstanding grammar and research skills are essential for this position. Must have demonstrated success in grant writing with at least 3- 5 years experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
