Remote Digital Marketing Role – UK Time Zone – Fixed One-Year Part-time Contract. (25 hours per week).

Webtopia is a start-up digital marketing agency that specialises in Facebook advertising for ecommerce businesses, 90% of our client base are female-founded businesses, usually with a female customer base. We are looking for an organised, talented and friendly digital marketer who ideally has some experience of running Facebook ads or social media marketing and is keen to learn more. You’ll have excellent copy-writing skills, know your way around Excel and be a healthy mix of creative and data driven. If you know your UTMs from your tracking pixels that is a bonus.  You’ll be meticulous with an eye for detail, be a great proofreader and most importantly the ability to keep lots of plates spinning and stay on top of projects.

In this role you will support the founder in running Facebook ads campaigns for a number of our clients, as well as helping grow the agency itself. You will report to the founder and take part in daily video calls to stay connected. Jessie has managed large teams prior to starting her agency so you can expect to be managed in a professional way – with respect for your time, expertise and ideas paramount to the working relationship.

Extensive training and mentoring will be provided in digital marketing and Facebook ads – with access to some of the best courses in the world as well as training materials developed by our founder who is also a digital marketing trainer.
Webtopia is founder Jessie Healy’s brainchild. After years of running multi-million pound digital campaigns for the likes of Etsy, Future Publishing and Trinity Mirror, she got fed up with the status quo and set out to create her own ‘anti-agency’.
Since landing in the UK with her backpack in 2005, Jessie has been building digital businesses online. She helped to grow some of the UK’s most successful startups, as well as advising the Government and not-for-profits on digital strategy. She also teaches SEO and Google Analytics courses through at UX Agency Webcredible.

Hours: 25 hours per week – worked between 9am-6pm.
Salary: £25-30k pro rata depending on experience
Requirements: University degree in science, arts or media.
Experience: 3-5 years experience in marketing, PR or digital role
Technology: access to high-speed internet and a fast computer with Microsoft Office and other major software packages.
Though this role is 100% remote if you live in our near London you would be welcome to work alongside us in our workspace at the Google Startup Campus. Initial training will ideally be provided in London.
