About the role:

Autohost is on rapid global expansion. You’ll be working on generating, qualifying and on-boarding new PMCs (property management companies) onto our platform. Our founders are serial entrepreneurs with years of business experience and expertise in business development, marketing, software engineering and cyber security.

The selected candidate will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, working closely with our marketing team to generate, qualify, nurture and close leads through the funnel. With our team of growth experts, you’ll be crafting a multi-year expansion strategy. From there, you’ll create a sales process to later train a team of high achievers who will be working with you to smash sales targets month over month.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll Identify and qualify potential clients
  • You’ll provide online demos and on-board new clients into our system
  • You’ll build an outbound sales strategy
  • You’ll create sales targets and a plan to achieve them every month
  • You’ll create a results oriented sales cycle that is both trackable and easy to follow
  • You’ll be working with our marketing team to create content that targets the ideal customer persona
  • You’ll be learning new things on a daily basis

About you:

  • You have 2-5 years experience in sales, business development or customer success in a high growth SaaS environment
  • You’re experienced working with a CRM (SalesForce, HubSpot, InfusionSoft or equivalent)
  • You are adaptable and thrive in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations where you can think on your feet
  • You have a passion for hospitality, real estate, fraud prevention, security and STR
  • You have exceptional story telling skills, regardless of context you’ll feel comfortable pitching Autohost to just about anyone, anywhere
  • You are a self-starter and excited to build this role from the ground up
  • You have strong analytical capabilities complemented by superior written and verbal communication skills
  • You come to work with a positive attitude everyday
  • You’re a team player with strong leadership skills
  • You’re able to explain complex terms easily
  • You get things done
