Remote Mentor

#Remote #mentor

Company: Openclassrooms

Overview

Do you dream of accompanying students and helping them learn to become great developers? A job that you love and that you already practice on a daily basis?

Why become a mentor …

Share your knowledge: you have a clear and direct impact on the lives of your students who are sometimes on professional retraining.

Earn money as a mentor and it’s also a great way to use your experience.
Acquire educational experience: mentors learn as much as their students. They re-think their practices and maintain rich exchanges.

Work with flexibility: mentors work when and where they want, depending on their availability. You can supervise 1, 2 or 10 students, it’s up to you!
… at OpenClassrooms

OpenClassrooms is the leading online education platform in Europe. With more than two million members, we put educational innovation at the service of education for all.

Your mission

As a mentor, you will individually support each student in videoconference a few times a month to help them acquire the trade skills of the training course.

If you had to remember only 3 things, your mission will be:

Support your students in carrying out their projects and validate their skills, all online
Participate in video defense of validation of other students’ projects
Inform OpenClassrooms every week of the presence and progress of your students

The courses on which you can work are as follows:

– Junior Web Developer

– Application developer – Frontend

– Python application developer

– PHP / Symfony application developer
