We are seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our remote team!

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Achieving the approved project objectives within the defined scope, time and cost
  • Identifying out of scope requests and managing them accordingly
  • Keeping clear, precise, and empathetic communication with clients, account managers, supervisors and the technical team about projects-related items (via email, project documentation, Jira tasks, meetings, etc)
  • Keeping updated documentation for the assigned projects (as defined by the company) and making information visible for projects’ stakeholders (ie. Gantt charts, functional/technical requirements documents, workflow diagrams, proposals, discoveries, change order documentation, etc.)
  • Assisting in forecasting resource needs
  • Identifying project risks and escalating them to the management team in order to find solutions
  • Preparing closure reports, analyzing the final project stats and reflecting on how the project could have been done better and more efficiently
  • Acting as a facilitator when the project team needs something that cannot be resolved internally
  • Working with the technical team to find solutions to clients’ or accounts managers’ requests in a timely manner

General requirements for this position include:

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience (Experience with Healthcare projects is a plus!)
  • Bilingual English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Be able to convey vision, goals, ideas and issues
  • Organization and methodic approach to keep project’s documentation and reporting up to date
  • Risk Management – The ability to identify and escalate risks that may interfere with the success of a project
  • Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies of project management
  • Experience in the use of Jira or any other issue and project tracking platform
  • Working with enterprise B2B customers
  • Experience with Gantt charts, technical PM documentation, software architecture diagrams and discovery documentation
