BB Agency was founded in 2012 on Island Krk, Croatia. Today we are a fully remote digital agency with more than thirty members and collaborators working together from all over the world to provide a valuable global perspective on our work.

Job description

As a Sales Growth Strategist, in this multifaceted role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and client management. As a strategic thinker with a knack for coordination and administration, you will collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales strategies, manage sales pipelines, and foster exceptional client experiences. Your contribution will be pivotal in shaping our agency’s sales culture, refining internal processes, and driving our collective success.

  • Strategic Sales and Marketing Alignment: You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and refine sales strategies that enhance market presence and align with marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing and Client Management to integrate client feedback into sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and client engagement.
  • Comprehensive Pipeline Management: You will take charge of managing the sales pipeline, from tracking potential clients and overseeing current pipelines to managing costs and organizing billing. You will ensure seamless coordination of sales activities, maintaining schedules, organizing documents, and communicating essential information to all stakeholders.
  • Enhanced Client Support and Satisfaction: You will respond to client complaints and provide after-sales support, aiming for the highest levels of client satisfaction and retention. You will coordinate with Client Management to leverage end-of-project insights for continuous improvement and marketing opportunities.
  • Data Management, Reporting, and Analysis: You will oversee the management of financial and non-financial data, setting sales priorities and monitoring performance. You will conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitive movements, providing actionable insights to the leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Agency Culture: You will serve as a central point of coordination and communication, ensuring all teams and departments are aligned with and supportive of sales initiatives. You will contribute to the development of the agency’s culture and vision, embodying and promoting our business strategy.
  • Process Improvement and Agency Growth: You will actively participate in improving and updating internal workflows, templates, and procedures. You will engage with various departments to enhance your understanding of the impact of well-structured design on business success and contribute to building an agency that reflects our collective aspirations.

Preferred experience

You are an open-minded, focused, determined, good listener, and you aren’t afraid to make mistakes. You have an understanding of a standard agency workflow. Preferably, you have at least 2 years of experience in sales strategy development, with a strong focus on marketing alignment and client management, and preferably have worked in a digital agency or a tech company.

  • Systemic and organized: You’re highly organized and value systematic approaches. You excel in coordination, administrative tasks, and managing sales pipelines effectively.
  • Analytical skills: Your decisions will be driven by research and data collected during our discovery process, focusing on user, client, and market insights. You’re skilled in analyzing and managing data effectively and reporting on sales performance. You have strong analytical capabilities, with expertise in market analysis, data management, and sales performance reporting.
  • Communication: You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and alignment across multiple departments.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset: You actively seek ways to contribute to process improvement and agency culture.
  • Languages: You are very fluent in English and able to engage with all international team members and clients.

  • Salary – We haven’t decided on the salary range due to this being a remote position. We offer a competitive salary based on your skills, expertise, and location.
  • Flexibility – We already operate in multiple time zones and have been doing it for years. We have standard 40-hour work weeks. While our agency working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm CET, you’ll have the freedom to work flexible hours and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Just make sure the majority of your working hours fall within that time frame.

In the first month, expect to

  • Go through the Clients Survey.
  • Start sending cold emails.
  • Gain a deeper sense of our products and how we work.
  • Go through client proposals and reestimate timelines and services offered.

In the first three months, expect to

  • Draft replies to clients’ inquiries.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and client meetings.
  • Keep track of all meeting information and payments.
  • Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities, monitor competitors’ activities, and analyze client requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Suggest ideas on how we can improve our daily operational work/sales processes.

In the first six months, expect to

  • Create Figma proposals and Contracts for a client (with supervision).
  • Prepare a project handover for the PMs in Notion.
  • Organize and attend Discovery calls with clients.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to execute promotional content and campaigns, develop “go-to-market” models, and compile and analyze statistical data.

In the first year, expect to

  • Lead client meetings.
  • Engage in up-sale opportunities in collaboration with the PM team.
  • Generate a report for monthly sales meetings.
  • Actively participate in improving the sales process.
