Tens of thousands of customers already rely on us to run their businesses, but there’s many more that haven’t heard of Retool yet! Specifically, enterprises think and buy differently, and we will be relying on your expertise to develop a unique approach for marketing to them. This is an exciting role that will be able to blend the power of PLG with strategic sales partnership to help Retool become the platform for internal tools for all enterprises.

In this role, you will be reporting to our Head of Growth and Demand Gen, working closely with the Sales and Field Marketing teams. We are looking for an experienced marketer who can help build our end-to-end marketing strategy for the Enterprise segment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and have a strong track record to report and deliver results.

  • Develop a plan for our enterprise marketing strategy in partnership with Sales to help accelerate Enterprise segment growth at Retool
  • Build and test effective and out-of-the-box demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and new business
  • Build a strong understanding of our Enterprise buyer persona, use case, and customer journey
  • Partner with Sales to develop and scale our ABM efforts, including strategy, internal alignment, experimentation, account research, etc.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and perform regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing) to support the launch of high-impact marketing campaigns

  • 7+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience in Enterprise Marketing
  • Experience working with large enterprise accounts across multiple industries with a proven success record in helping to expand Sales pipeline
  • Experience working with sales, customer success, marketing ops, and sales ops teams
  • Experience with 1:1 account based marketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot (or other similar CRM and marketing automation tools)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to keeping multiple work streams and cross-functional partners and vendors in sync around timelines
  • Ability to travel 25% of time for candidates outside of San Francisco (~15% travel for candidates based in San Francisco)
