As our Strategic Account Planner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting one of the agency’s largest accounts, Comcast, by bringing an informed perspective on the communications category – focusing on the residential and business audiences they desire and the communities they participate in. This perspective is grounded in truth and steeped in cultural insight, which grants you authority. In your partnership, you form an integrated team that retains part ownership and full accountability. You don’t just direct or delegate; you collaborate, lead by example, and nurture growth in the people around you. You have a high EQ, leveraging your experience to build trusting relationships and lead courageous conversations, pushing the client and the team to explore new territories.

While this position will report to the Vice President of Client Consulting, you will work cross-functionally with our Strategy team, focused on serving the business portfolio and unlocking business growth for our clients.

We are the Experience Agency Making Unforgettable Stories Born of Humanity

The lines have blurred. People live in the physical, digital, and social worlds all at once, and your brand experiences should do the same.

The best stories are lived, not heard. Make an immersive world for people to explore so they can experience something they’ll never forget.

It all starts with the human. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people.

  • Industry Knowledge. You possess a background in partnership marketing and a skillset in innovative, omni-channel marketing practices. You work with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their business needs and create marketing programs to suit their needs while thoughtfully challenging convention and malaise.
  • Category Knowledge. You have relevant brand-side experience – specifically in retail, telecommunications, and/or entertainment categories.
  • Culturally Fluent. You are a curious pop culture connoisseur and can effectively translate and communicate relevant insights. You’re comfortable establishing a story arc, sharing your vision, and crafting a compelling story in written or deck format.
  • Fan or Fanatic. You share our love for sports, gaming, and entertainment and have experience in developing sports/entertainment partnership activations. You are a passionate advocate for the brand and take a portfolio-based approach to craft memorable experiences.
  • Data Centric. You possess the skills to translate research and data into effective tools driving back to the client’s objectives. You are a strategic thinker and can identify novel insights and help generate unconventional solutions to business problems.
  • Human Centric. You demonstrate fluency in people-centered understanding, processes, and design. You are a consultative expert that colleagues and clients seek to collaborate with, shape, and hone the work.
  • Collaborative. You have strong relationship skills and work with clients and internal departments to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of client program needs.
  • Leadership. You are comfortable when others look to you for leadership, inspiration, and mentorship. You effectively build a positive culture and elevate the voice of the consumer and your colleagues. You’re passionate about fostering a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment.
  • Versatility. You are comfortable or even thrive in situations with an ever-changing pace, thinking outside the box and energized by trying to solve new and unique challenges.
  • Travel. Although we are a virtual-first team, you must be willing to travel for client meetings, team collaborations, event executions, and new business pitches.

We seek a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives so we can create memories that matter for everyone.

We strive for equity by meeting people where they are, eliminating barriers, and building on their unique talents so we can maximize everyone’s contribution. We seek to recognize, grow and unleash the perspective and possibility of each individual on our team.
