About the Opportunity:
Hardworking, motivated customer service representatives needed for our location in Mason, Ohio. Agents will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about payments for services and products. Prior experience is not required. Our client is looking for motivated individuals who have a great personality and like to work hard. How much money you make per month is directly related to how hard you work!
Monday – Friday schedules – no weekends!
Monthly Bonuses based on what YOUR performance — average bonus $1,500 per month
Casual work environment – think: sneakers and jeans
In depth training (both classroom and on the floor)
Making outbound calls regarding payments on customer accounts
Obtain information from customers by phone regarding orders for installation of services, turning services on or off, and account information changes
Answer billing inquiries and process payments
De-escalate and resolve customer concerns
Update and document customer information and interactions in the database
Ability to work in a fast paced, call center environment.
Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve customer questions and/or needs.
Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette and efficient computer skills required!
Must have experience with Microsoft Office, data entry and navigating multiple screens.
Must be able to type 30 wpm
Education and Experience:
Qualified candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED
Prior Customer Service experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)
Experience with utilities and/or telecommunications a plus
